Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your skike purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.

Delivery Times We understand that you're excited to receive your skike products, so we aim to get them to you as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 2-4 business days
• Europe: 3-6 business days
• International: 5-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors like customs clearance and local postal services.

2. UPS: 20€ on orders up to 299,99€ , 10€ for orders up to 599,99€ and free on orders over 599,99€

Zone 3: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia 

1. DHL: 10€ Shipping on orders under 100€, 5€ Shipping on orders under 250€, free shipping on order 250€ and up
2. UPS: 30€ on orders up to 299,99€ , 15€ for orders up to 599,99€ and free on orders over 599,99€

Zone 4: Canada, Mexico, United States

1. DHL: 20€ Shipping on orders under 200€, free on orders over 200€
2. UPS: 35€ on orders up to 200€ , 20€ for orders up to 599,99€ and 15€ on orders over 599,99€

Zone 5: All Countries not previously listed:

1. DHL: 20€ Shipping on orders under 300€, 10€ on orders under 600€, free on orders over 600€
2. UPS: 45€ on orders up to 300€ , 35€ for orders up to 599,99€ and 30€ on orders over 599,99€

International Shipments All international shipments are sent via air freight to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We partner with trusted carriers like DHL and UPS to deliver your skike products safely and efficiently. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
